1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective or expired.
  • The product has missing items or is incomplete.
  • The product does not match the order placed.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Any seals, labels, and accessories (if applicable) should remain intact.
  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products.
  • Products with broken or tampered seals.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or customer handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Products purchased during special clearance sales or promotional offers, unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, along with photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  4. If approved, return pickup will be arranged where service is available. In locations where pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to us.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the replacement or refund as applicable.
